My Background

My core purpose has always been helping others achieve their success. And I have delivered on that purpose for more than two decades in a variety of organizations including Fortune 500, non-profit, higher education and faith-based organizations. I have developed learning experiences for employees, leaders, and teams. I have led teams, facilitated improvement in teams, and educated others in how to build effective teams. I have designed and built organizational functions and consulted with senior leaders in designing and redesigning organizations.

I believe in the power of purpose and vision. I focus on simplifying the complex and sharing meaningful insights. I am passionate about unlocking the power of teams, and I believe in the power of coaching to unlock one’s potential. At the most basic level, I listen, ask questions, and then listen more. I have a curious mind and compassion for the people with whom I work.
